Rennet tablets are convenient measures for 2 or 4 litre of milk depending on the recipe. There are ten(10) tablets in each tray. A macrobial rennet used to coagulate milk when making cheese and/or junket.

Each tray has ten (10) tablets. Dosage depends on the type of cheese being made, milk quality and seasonality. Store in refrigerator.
