Pitting (removing the stones) from peaches is most efficiently achieved with this tool.Clingstone varieties of peaches are the most delicious for preserving given their firm flesh and brilliant yellow colour. Pitting peaches using the specially designed Pitting Spoon dramatically improves their appearance and reduces preparation time.
