Stainless steel cheese making pot holds 10 litres of milk. Use in place of a double boiler.

Used for making batches of cheese from up to 10 litres of milk. The solid base eliminates the risk of hot spots which cause the milk to scold at the bottom of the pot. Eliminates the need to use a double boiler for heating milk or making cheese.
