A liner for your banneton of the exact size with an elastic edge to hold tight to the basket. To suit banneton Length 25 cm / Depth 8.5 cm Banneton sold separately.

Bannetons may have a liner inserted that allows the dough to have a smooth appearance on release from the banneton. The liner is dusted with flour as usual . The possibility exists to wash and dry the liner after use which is not suggested for bannetons.
