This kit provides you with all the ingredients, equipment and recipes to make a variety of blue and white mould ripened cheeses, just add your own milk.

This kit contains everything you need to make your own Camembert, Double Cream Brie, Stilton Style Cheese, French Neufchatel and Blue Vein Cheese! A comprehensive booklet takes you through the basic principles of cheesemaking and gives you a step by step guide to creating your own mould ripened cheeses, it is ideal for intermediate to advance at home cheese-makers, or the brave novice! Each cheese takes approximately 1 day to create (not incl. aging time) and is aged for between 4 weeks and 3 months depending on the cheese. The kit creates approximately 20 x 175g cheeses. It contains 2 cheese moulds, wrappers, muslin, cheese salt, sterilizer, cultures, rennet, a thermometer, pipette, calcium chloride, annatto and maturing box.We also have a supply of other Mad Millie cheese moulds, equipment and consumables, please contact us for further information.
