This kit is designed as the deluxe beginner’s kit. It provides you with all the ingredients, equipment and recipes to make a variety of soft cheeses, just add your own milk.

This kit contains all the cheese-making equipment and ingredients to make an array of fresh and aged hard cheeses, including; Cheddar, Colby, Feta, Caerphilly, Wensleydale, Havarti, Halloumi, Cottage Cheese, Light Cream Cheese, Cream Cheese, Chevre Frais, Goat’s Feta, Quark, Mozarella, Ricotta Mascarpone, Ricotta Salata and Farmhouse Butter.
