Waldner Grain Mill Industry Combi:
The mill has an integrated sifter. The user can choose whether to have the flour directed to the sifter or not. If the sifting option is chosen the flour is sifted into 3 grades (from a choice of 6 mesh sizes, which are easily fitted) and the bran is collected in the 4th draw. The mill is manufactured in Europe to the highest standards. By turning the hopper the mill is adjusted for coarse or fine flour and is suitable for all grain types. On a fine setting, 240 gm per minute is the expected output with increased output on coarser settings. The mill stones are high grade corundum/ceramic and are self sharpening. The mill is backed up with an three year manufacturer guarantee. The mill is powered by an industrial motor with overheating protection.The mill is suitable for many grain types including wheat, spelt, rice, buckwheat, barley, rye. Spices may also be milled.
